ROBOTIC MICRONEEDING

Microneedling is an excellent option to treat acne scars, stretch marks, sagging and facial rejuvenation, which are in more sensitive areas of the body, as it is a less aggressive procedure compared to other techniques.

Microneedling radiofrequency combines two technologies – microneedling and radiofrequency – to optimize neocollagenesis (new collagen formation), providing longer lasting results with a natural effect.

Gold microneedles cause small cracks in the skin, leading to radiofrequency and causing deep heating of the skin, from the inside out, denaturing old or damaged collagen fibers. The result is an expressive improvement in elasticity, obtained through dermal remodeling, with an impact on sagging and facial and body contours. All of this stems from the upregulation of TGFβ3, a cytokine that prevents aberrant scarring, increased gene expression of type I collagen, as well as high levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF).

The technology, like micro-adjustment, also allows for the so-called “drug delivery”, which is the application, right after the session, of certain substances on the patient’s skin. With microcracks, the absorption of these drugs can be considerably increased, enhancing the effects.
