The surgery<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

General or epidural anesthesia is applied. Small incisions are made in the areas where the fat will be extracted and injected. During liposuction, a cannula is used to aspirate excess fat.<\/p>

The extracted fat is prepared for grafting. Another cannula is used to inject the fat into the buttocks. The incisions are closed with sutures. After fat transfer, results are immediately apparent, although it takes a few months for results to be seen.<\/p>

When using the gluteal implant, an incision is made between the buttocks and the implants are placed inside the gluteus maximus muscles. Drains may be needed.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
